1. The pump is of vertical structure, with the same inlet and outlet diameters and located on the same central line. If equipped with protective cover, it can be used outdoors.

2. The impeller is directly installed in the motor bearing, which can effectively balance the radial and axial load generated by pump operation, thus ensuring the pump running balance and low vibration noise.

3. The shaft seal adopts the combination of ordinary and particle resistant mechanical seal and mechanical seal, which can effectively increase the service life of mechanical seal.

4. The pump can be operated in series or in parallel according to the requirements of flow and head.

Design features

(1) The pump is a vertical structure, with the same inlet and outlet diameters, and located on the same central line. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve. It has compact and beautiful appearance, small floor area and low construction investment. If the protective cover is added, it can be used outdoors.

(2) The impeller is directly installed on the lengthened shaft of the motor, with short axial size and compact structure. The reasonable allocation of pump and motor bearing can effectively balance the radial and axial load generated by pump operation, thus ensuring the stable operation of the pump and low vibration noise.

(3) The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal or mechanical seal combination, adopts imported titanium alloy seal ring, medium high temperature mechanical seal and hard alloy material, wear-resistant seal, which can effectively increase the service life of mechanical seal.

(4) It is convenient to install and maintain, without removing the pipeline system. All rotor components can be extracted by removing the nut of pump coupling seat.

(5) The pump can be operated in series or in parallel according to the requirements of flow and head.

(6) According to the requirements of pipeline layout, vertical and horizontal installation of pump can be adopted.
